Amazing Culinary Experience

The food and beverage experience at Shangri-La Yanuca Island was great. We had breakfast overlooking the water with a vast buffet of options, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. The highlight was definitely dining at the Golden Cowrie, where the Italian cuisine was exquisite, and the service was really good. Each meal we had felt like a special occasion.

Relaxing Spa Treatments

I indulged in a couple of spa services during my stay, and they were heavenly. I highly recommend the Nourishing Soak at Chi Spa, which took place in a serene outdoor setting. It was the perfect way to unwind after a long day of exploring and enjoying the sun. The spa staff made it a tranquil experience.

Fun Activities for Kids

The kids had an absolute blast at the resort! They loved the water park and various organized activities like soccer and volleyball. The kids' club was especially appealing, providing them with engaging and fun entertainment while my partner and I enjoyed some much-needed relaxation time. They kept asking to go back!

Comfortable and Spacious Room

We stayed in a Lagoon View room that was beautifully spacious and well-maintained. The comfortable king-sized bed made for excellent sleeping conditions, and waking up to the stunning view was unbeatable. The amenities provided, such as daily bottled water and coffee-making facilities, added a lovely touch to our stay.

Our stay at Shangri-La Fijian Resort & Spa was enjoyable overall. The resort had fantastic facilities, especially the pool and beach, but we encountered issues with our room cleanliness and a lackluster dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, which definitely added to our experience. While we loved the activities and family-friendly environment, some areas, particularly the dining options, could use improvement.

The room we stayed in had a damp smell and some mould in the bathroom, which was disappointing. We had to request a room change, and while that room was cleaner, it was further from the pool area.

I had a wonderful experience at Shangri-La Fiji! The resort is perfect for families, and my kids especially loved the activities. The rooms were clean and airy, which was a huge plus. We enjoyed the fantastic dining options, but I wish there were a few more varied offerings. The location was lovely, right by the beach, but be ready for some walking to get to the main areas. Overall, it’s a family-friendly resort offering great value for money with lots of amenities to enjoy.
