Our stay at Shangri-La Fijian Resort & Spa was enjoyable overall. The resort had fantastic facilities, especially the pool and beach, but we encountered issues with our room cleanliness and a lackluster dining experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, which definitely added to our experience. While we loved the activities and family-friendly environment, some areas, particularly the dining options, could use improvement.

I had a wonderful experience at Shangri-La Fiji! The resort is perfect for families, and my kids especially loved the activities. The rooms were clean and airy, which was a huge plus. We enjoyed the fantastic dining options, but I wish there were a few more varied offerings. The location was lovely, right by the beach, but be ready for some walking to get to the main areas. Overall, it's a family-friendly resort offering great value for money with lots of amenities to enjoy.
